I’m John, a Senior Copywriter with more than 15 years of experience spanning creative writing, large-scale global campaigns, concept strategy, team leadership and copy editing across social, retail, UX, B2C and B2B environments.

I'm a native English speaker with extensive freelance and in-house experience defining tone of voice and crafting messaging for global brands including adidas, Nike, Loop Earplugs and Polaroid, as well as agency experience with AKQA, Blast Radius, MediaMonks and YEET. I work fluently across US and UK English, with a strong ability to adapt language, nuance and cultural references for each audience.

Originally from the United States, I'm currently based in Amsterdam, where I live with my partner and our two daughters.
