In early 2018, I was part of a small team within adidas’ in-house agency tasked with creating and launching a global membership program. As lead copywriter, I named the program, defined reward tiers and benefits, and built tone of voice and messaging from the ground up. 

The result was adidas Creators Club, a free, sport-led loyalty platform designed to reward brand engagement. I partnered closely with product, UX and creative teams to deliver messaging across social, CRM, film and the adidas app. The program launched in the US in August 2018 before scaling globally and evolving into adiClub.
